Gjensidige Forsikring ASA has signed a ten-year agreement with Aditro on outsourcing Gjensidige's payroll administration, HR and travel management systems for their 3200 Nordic employees. The agreement is worth 115 million SEK (EUR 13 million).

- We have seen that the demand for outsourcing has increased in connection with the international financial uncertainties that we are presently experiencing, says Managing Director Roy Steinar Torheim, Aditro Norway. Increasing efficiency and flexibility through outsourcing and cloud services

Gjensidige Forsikring ASA is a leading Nordic insurance provider with 3200 employees, which offers insurance for Norway, Denmark, Sweden and the Baltic States. In Norway they also offer bank services and pension products. The company has been focusing on profitable growth and was inventive in their decision to outsource their payroll administration. Now Gjensidige has signed an agreement with Aditro AS for delivery of payroll outsourcing services including a HR and travel management systems as cloud services. The agreement is Nordic and includes Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

10 year contract with a total value of more than SEK 115 million (EUR 13 million)

Gjensidige has a long-term strategy and wanted a provider that could provide solutions on a long-term perspective. The contract that was signed in December 2011 has a 10 year perspective and has a value of more than SEK 115 million. Aditro is an experienced provider of payroll services and has professional personnel securing safe salary administration for customers. Among the customers one will find Posten Norge (Norwegian Post Services), DHL and Scandic Hotels.

The delivery includes outsourcing of 3200 pay slips, as well as HR and Travel Systems in Aditro´s newly developed cloud solution. The new solution will provide Gjensidige with an even more efficient and effective way to structure and report, as well as making it easier to maintain a dialogue across the national boundaries. Project Management and implementation will take place from Norway. This implementation project has already started and will be implemented step by step from May 2012 with Gjensidige Bank Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Then the total delivery starts in October.
