In 2012, the increases in the number of shares based on subscriptions made pursuant to Pöyry's stock option programme 2004 are planned to be carried out as follows:

With the outstanding 2004C stock options, 880 000 shares can be subscribed for. The subscription price per share is EUR 8.03. The subscription period ends on 31 March 2012 concluding concurrently Pöyry PLC's stock option programme 2004.

All branch offices of Nordea Bank Finland Plc act as places for the share subscription.

One (1) stock option entitles to subscription for four (4) shares in Pöyry PLC. The shares subscribed for with the stock options will entitle their holder to dividends and other rights conferred by the shares after the increase of the share capital has been registered in the Trade Register.
