Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 14 February 2012 regarding the private placement of shares in the company. BWG Homes ASA is contemplating the issuance of new unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market with maturity in March 2015. The contemplated bond issue will have an issue amount of NOK 300 million. The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt.
