The election of representatives to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Supervisory Board will be held on Tuesday 28 February 2012 at 11 a.m
At SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Main Office, 3rd floor, Storgt. 65, Tromsø.
Notice of this meeting has been sent at all holders of primary capital certificates with known addresses.
This year four representatives and two deputy representatives are to be elected. The election period is 4 years. The election meeting shall also elect one member and two deputy member of the election committee. The period of the election committee is 2 years. There is also going to be a by-election for a deputy member of the election committee. Enclosed you will find the list of the recommended candidates. Those entitled to vote are the holders of primary capital certificates that are registered in the Norwegian Registry of Securities (Verdipapirsentralen). Each primary capital certificate carries one vote. The results of the election will be announced at www.snn.no after the SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Supervisory Board's meetings 26th and 27th March 2012.
