Hamilton, Bermuda, February 17, 2012 - Seadrill is scheduled to release its fourth quarter 2012 results on Tuesday February 28, 2012 before the start of trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

In connection with the earnings release, a conference call/webcast will be held as described below.
